Lamont M. Sprague, OD (Retired)

After 41 years of patient care, Dr. Sprague is enjoying retirement!

Dr. Sprague is a member of the American Optometric Association, Illinois Optometric Association, and Lake-McHenry Counties Optometric Association. Dr. Sprague has participated in civic organizations including Rotary and Jaycees. During his years of practice, he provided complete family eye care, including contact lenses and treatment of eye disease. He emphasized continuing education throughout his career and his ongoing commitment to furthering clinical knowledge.

Dr. Sprague resides in Crystal Lake with his wife, Vicki. They have three grown daughters and seven grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, watching all sports, and spending time with family. You may even find Dr. Sprague around the office as he helps out behind the scenes!
